About The Role
As part of the continued expansion of our Programme and Project Management capability, we are seeking an experienced project manager to join our growing Capital Development team, based in either our London or Oxfordshire offices.
Working in conjunction with our Directors and Associates, the successful candidate will play a key role in professionally managing complex construction and development projects across the healthcare, science and education markets. This includes supporting our vision to grow and develop programme and project management as a leading-edge offering to external clients, including NHS organisations and private sector clients both within the UK and overseas.
The post holder will be responsible for the service delivery and performance of a number of capital projects of varying breadth and scope, leading and managing those projects and also potentially working as part of a wider team on major commissions.
The role is full-time client-facing. The post holder will be expected to work within the programme and project management team in developing programme and project management expertise, processes and procedures to ensure a quality assured service delivery. The post holder will be expected to hold and achieve annual performance targets.
The successful candidate will hold full membership of a chartered institute in the construction industry and have significant experience as a Senior Project Manager gained in programme and project environments.
To be successful in this role, you will also need experience of line managing more junior project managers in the successful delivery of construction projects and in the use of NEC3.
